Villa Laroque
Charming villa with large garden situated in the lovely village Laroque des Albères at 10km from the Mediterranean sea. A long driveway leads out to the house which is facing south, having sun all day round on the patio and the pool. The house sits on a plot of 1490m2 and offers a living space of 160m2 split over 2 floors. The house has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 people.
The French windows in the kitchen and the lounge lead out to the patio from where you have views on the private heated pool (10mx4m) and the mountains ‘Les Alberes’. On the ground floor you have the spacious lounge (with reversible air-conditioning) with dining area and television corner and a fully equipped kitchen with next door a utility room. There is also a master bedroom with reversible air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor you have a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The double garage (with electric garage doors) in the basement is big enough to park 2 cars and there is plenty of private parking outside.
The garden is spacious and is fully fenced with electric entrance gate. From the patio you have a view of the front garden and the private pool that measures 10m x 4m. The children will enjoy the springboard and even in midseason they will be able to have a swim as the pool is heated.
Villa Laroque is the perfect location for a nice family holiday, not too far from the sea and only a footstep away from the village center. In the morning it’s only a 5min. walk to the baker to fetch your croissants or in the evening you can walk up to one of the restaurants and all enjoy a glass of wine.

A tourist tax per adult per night will be charged in addition to the rental rate. The collected tax will be transferred to the Communauté de la Côte Vermeille et le Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées Orientales (this runs via the Office de Tourisme).
